Progress Notes Week 2

The progress notes for client M.B. detail the second session focused on enhancing confidence, developing healthy relationship boundaries, and managing loneliness. The client expressed negative self-perceptions and feelings of unworthiness in romantic contexts, while the therapist introduced DBT concepts to help address these issues. Homework was assigned to identify instances of 'wise mind' and the next session will continue to develop this concept and challenge negative thoughts.
