1. We observed the production process of noodles in a factory in Japan.

The
documentary showed the various stages the noodles undergo before being released
to the public. The process is highly automated, with most of the work done by
machines. The dough is mixed and then cut into thin strands, after which the
noodles are dried and finally packed, allowing for the production of large quantities
in a short time. They also measure the thickness of the noodle strands.

The workplace environment is exceptionally clean and organized, with everything


running smoothly. The workers have specific roles to ensure the noodles are of high
quality and safe for consumers. They are strict about cleanliness; before entering
the factory and starting their jobs, workers must thoroughly clean and sanitize
themselves.

We also noticed the advanced technologies in place, which allow for the production
of various types of noodles in large quantities in a very efficient manner. For a new
noodle variant, the manufacturing process is separate from that of ordinary noodles.
There are also taste tests and laboratory testing for sodium content to ensure
quality.

Overall, we can conclude that this factory follows a high-standard process,


producing noodles of excellent quality and in large quantities.

3. We certainly believe it is important, as demonstrated in the video we watched,
which highlighted the significance of efficient processes in business operations.
Why? Because without these essentials, businesses would be unable to operate
smoothly, leading to inefficient processes. As a result, they would fail to produce
high-quality products that satisfy target consumers while also generating
substantial income. In short, without these needs, business success recedes.
4. We believe that the mentioned needs will undoubtedly help businesses grow and
become successful, as they drive the entire business process—from designing and
operating to launching a product or service. These needs can be seen as the
building blocks of a business’s success and growth, given their crucial role in
ensuring that everything functions effectively. This, in turn, leads to customer
satisfaction and ultimately contributes to the success and triumph of the business.
