My blood pressure got higher and the doctor said I needed medication. But I didn’t want the medication so I
tried to take more exercise. So, I chose to take up playing tennis. I'm quite good at hitting a ball or catching a
ball so that wasn't any problem. I went to a local tennis club and joined them. I met lots of people there, and I
soon found some friends to play with. I usually bring my own rackets and balls. After the games, I often have a
cup of coffee and chat with my friends from the club. Now I don’t need to have any medication for my blood
pressure. In fact, it is lower and healthier than it was before.
