NOTE :
(i) The Question Paper will be distributed to students at 8.45 a.m. Writing time
begins at 9.00a.m.
(ii) Late comers will not be permitted to write the exams. Re-examination will not
be conducted.

RESULTS: The Results of Class - VIlI, IX & XI Final Examination will be announced on
Tuesday, the 18th March, 2025 from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Parents are
requested to bring the fee card on the Results Day.

> THE PROGRESS REPORTS AND RESULTS OF THE FEE DEFAULTERS AND STUDENTS
WITHBEHAVIOURAL ISSUES WILL BE WITHHELD.

Parents are advised to settle all the dues along with the fee for the month of
FEES:
May, 2025 on or before 10" March, 2025.
PROMOTIONS: For promotion a candidate must secure the required pass percentage as per
criteria laid by the ISC Board on cumulative average and aminimum attendance of 75% of the
working days. Promotions from Class - XI to XIl on trial basis, re-examination or awarding of
grace marks will not be accepted by the Council. As per the Board Rule Transfer Certificate
cannot be issued with promoted to Class - XII, if the candidate has not met the required
promotion criteria.
BOOKS & SCHOOL UNIFORM:The books will be made available at the School Premises by
M/s. Central Book Shop, Gunfoundry on Tuesday, the 18th March, 2025 from 9.30 a.m. tol
12.30 p.m. from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and School Uniform will be available at M/s. Dress Land.
Narayanaguda, Kachiguda Road Adj to Blood Bank. Parents must produce fee card during
purchase of Books for the new academic year. The parents of promoted students are
requested to make necessary arrangements to purchase the books and the School Uniform for
their children well in advance and see that their children attend the school with all the books wel
covered and labelled from the very first day.
NEW ACADEMIC YEAR- 2025- 26: New academic year for promoted students of Classes
VI, VI, VII, IX & Xl will begin on Thursday the 20th March, 2025.
SUBMISSION OF ASSIGNMENT /PROJECTS (I.S.C BOARD EXAMINATION ):
Students must complete all their Assignments, Projects & Science Practical Records for 1.S.Q
Board Examination during their summer vacation and submit them within a week after the schoo
reopens.
