segment (lap) the session.
• File is whatever is
contained in the
uploaded .FIT file
• Miles / KM segment by
even distance chunks

Manual segments (laps) can either be time or distance based.

• “Fixed” divides the session into segments by even Time (seconds) or Distance
(metres) chunks as defined in the Fixed input box
• “Bespoke” allows individual segments to be defined, again either Time
(seconds) or Distance (metres) based
• Any manual lap definitions (fixed or bespoke) are saved with the session when
saving to the EnDuRA database
Analyse a Session – Filtering and
Smoothing
Power/Duration/HR/Pace filters can be applied to trim
the top and bottom end of the data, e.g. remove
high/low values and trim the start and end of the
session

Smoothing applies a moving average Null Zeros sets

over the selected number of power/HR/Coordinates values to
observations. This is usually seconds Null where they are zero. This
but only if your system is setup to removes these individual values
record every second! from any calculations.
Nulling Coordinates only affects the
map
Analyse a Session – IN/EX_S Base Lap
and Show Laps

IN/EX_S Base Lap defines which lap to

use as the baseline (1.0) for the IN/EX_S
calculation

Show Laps allows you to choose which

laps to show in the charts and tables
