5. GOALS/OBJECTIVES:
1. Mentor other teachers to develop skills in making Project Proposals and
Action Plans for different activities in school.
2. Create professional learning community that enable teachers to have
wider scope for growth and development.
3. Embrace the significance of the training session for day to day lives in
school and work.

7. OVERVIEW/RATIONALE:
In line with the implementation of Republic Act No. 10533, or the Enhanced
Basic Education Act of 2013, the Department of Education (DepEd) issues the
enclosed policy on The Learning Action Cell (LAC) to adhere on the educational
goals and objectives.
Tagpocol Elementary School recognizes that the quality of the learning is
greatly influenced by the different activities, programs and projects that school
offers. Success is a result of careful and thorough planning in which the goals and
objectives set by the school is achieved through collaborative skills and effort. In
view of this, Tagpocol ES will be conducting LAC Session on Action
Planning and Project Proposal Making to help other teachers transcend their skills
on crafting different activities, programs and projects as well as help the school
improve outcomes of implementation.
A Learning Action Cell is a group of teachers who engage in collaborative
learning sessions to solve shared challenges encountered in the school facilitated
by the school head or a designated LAC Leader. LACs will become the school-
based community of practices that are positive, caring and safe spaces.
