Process Overview
Title Holder
Sale of FTL cylinders can be made to the following type of customers
through SDMS:

• Individual Customer(Contact)
• FTL Reseller

In this document, you can find the steps to:

a) Add FTL products to portfolio
b) Create each type of FTL customer
c) Create Order for each type of FTL customer

Additionally, you can also find the steps for the following processes:
a) FTL Agreement creation/revision for existing resellers in SDMS
b) FTL Reseller App login creation

Getting Started

You can access the portal using the following link:

Adding FTL Products in Portfolio

Step 1 To add products promotion in the default order list:
Go to Contact ( Active )
From the home screen, click on the ‘Partner
Relationships’ tab.

Step 3 To modify product portfolio, click on the ‘Products
Portfolio’ tab.

Step 4 In the ‘Products Portfolio’ tab, you can either select from
the available products or you can search by clicking on the
Search icon.
Go to Contact ( Active )
Click on the ‘Go’ button and select Active products from
the list for the portfolio.

Step 1 Go to the Contacts tab and click on the ‘+’ icon to create a
contact a new contact.

Enter mandatory details such as Salutation, First Name,

Last Name, Gender, DOB, Personal Address, Identities
(POA/POI) and BPL as Y/N.

After filling up the details, click on the ‘Internal Dedup’

button to populate the KYC level. Status will also change
from New to Active state.

Step 2 Once the Contact Status is Active, scroll up and new
contact is visible in the list.

Click on the ‘Last Name’ to view Relationship details.

Step 3 Go to the ‘Relationship Details’ sub tab, click on the ‘+’
icon and create an ‘FTL Relationship’.
Set ‘Relationship Type’ as ‘FTL’.
To save data, press ‘Ctrl + S’.
Go to Contact ( Active )
Click on the ‘Relationship Id’.
Make sure that the both ‘Relationship Status’ and
‘Relationship Sub Status’ are ‘Active’. If not, it will give
error.

Step 1 Search the required relationship for which you want to
create an FTL Order.
Go to the ‘Secondary Sales Orders’ sub-tab.
Click on the ‘+’ icon and create an ‘Order Sub Type’ as

Press ‘Ctrl + S’ to save the data.
Click on the ‘Sales Order #’ to open the sales order.

FTL products.
Go to Contact ( Active )
From the pop-up screen, select item and click on ‘OK’.

Go to Contact ( Active )
Then go to the ‘Stock Transactions’ sub tab, where you
can view received and issued product details.

Step 1 In the Accounts tab, select an existing active account or
create by clicking on the ‘+’ icon.

Enter mandatory details such as ‘Name’ and ‘Account

Type’.
Go to Contact ( Active )

Save the record and scroll up to select added contact.

Click on the Name hyperlink.

Step 2 Click on ‘+’ icon to create a Site and enter Site ‘Name’
and ‘Address’. Press ‘Ctrl + S’ to save.

Then, create an active ‘FTL Relationship’ with

that the ‘Relationship Status’ and ‘Relationship Sub

Step 3 Check the ‘FTL Reseller Flag’ checkbox.

Create an Agreement under it by clicking on the ‘+’ icon.

Enter ‘License#’, select ‘Type’ as ‘FTL Agreement’ and

To check inventory level, go to ‘Stock’ tab.
Click on ‘Search’ icon. Select Product and click on ‘OK’.

About
Title FTL Agreement Creation
Holder
Through the mobile App for Retailers(POS) for FTL-Retail
Sale(Separate jobs aid for mobile app). FTL Retailers will be able to
order, sell and add basic KYC for new FTL customers through this
app. The stock available with them will increase and decrease based
on the purchase or sale made by them through the app

For this mobile app to work, all existing FTL agreements have been
disabled. In view of this, a new FTL Agreement has to be created for
all the existing FTL Reseller relationship in SDMS. Without this, the
stock updation will not happen. This is a one-time activity and will be
required to be performed next time only during renewal of agreements

Secondary Sales Order + button has been disabled and will be

allowed only after new FTL agreement creation

In this job aid, you can also find how to revise an agreement. This can
be used to do any kind of stock(entitlement) updation that you need to
do for the reseller

This document will cover the step-by-step process of FTL

Agreement updation in Siebel Application.

Step 1 On the Home page, go to the ‘Relationships’ tab

Search for the required FTL Reseller Relationship. The

FTL Reseller flag should be checked for retailers

Go to the ‘Agreements’ sub-tab. You can see that the

older agreements have been disabled and have the status
as ‘Expired’. You will be required to create a fresh
agreement

Step 2 Scroll down and click on the ‘+’ button. A new line item for
Agreement will get created.

Select 'Type' as 'FTL Agreement' from the drop-down. Drill down

on the 'License Number’

Select the 'Start Date' and 'Expiry Date' of your agreement with
the reseller. Select ‘Site/Relationship’ As Partner Relationship
from the drop-down. Select ‘Applicable For’ as required

Click on the ‘+’ icon to add an attachment. Select the

‘Document Identifier’ from the drop-down

Step 4 Go to the ‘Entitlements’ sub-tab.

Click on the ‘Generate Entitlement’ button. Line Items for the

products that the retailer deals with appears on the screen.

Click on the ‘Name’ of each type of product and update the 'Initial
Qty' and 'Current Qty' (Stock currently with the reseller) and Save.

reseller cannot be more than 19

Step 1 Search for the required FTL Reseller. Go to the ‘Agreements’ sub-
tab and drill down on the ‘License#’

Click on the ‘Revise’ button to make changes to the agreement.

The Start Date will get changed to current date, and you can make
further changes as explained in the FTL Agreement Creation
section. Make the changes and click on the ‘Submit’ button

Note – Performing this action will expire the current agreement and create a new agreement

Step 1 Search for the required FTL Reseller. Go to the ‘FTL Contact’ sub-
tab

Check if the required contact is available under the sub-tab. In case

multiple contacts are available, select the primary contact and click
on ‘Set Primary’ button

In case it is not available, the ‘+’ button to check if the contact exists
in SDMS.
a) If it is available in SDMS, select the required contact and click
on ‘OK’.
b) If it is not available, you need to create a new contact using ‘++’
button

Step 1 Once, the contact is located or added, you need to click on the
‘Synch MDM’ button, to trigger a mail to the reseller, with the link to
set password for the app.
