Test Structure and Key Areas

The ISSER aptitude test generally evaluates candidates on the following key areas:

A. Quantitative Reasoning (Mathematics)

This section assesses your numerical ability and problem-solving skills. You may encounter:

 Basic Arithmetic: Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.


 Percentages & Ratios: Calculating profit/loss, discounts, and proportions.
 Algebra: Solving equations, inequalities, and word problems.
 Statistics & Probability: Mean, median, mode, probability, and interpretation of
statistical data.
 Data Interpretation: Reading graphs, tables, and charts to analyze trends.
 Time & Work Problems: Questions related to work efficiency and time management.
