PROCEEDINGS:

 Students must follow the rules and regulations of the school.

a. Students must wear proper attire when coming to school although uniform is not required.
b. Students must come on time. Classes starts at 7:30 and ends at 11:45, in the afternoon starts at
1:00 and ends at 3:00.
d. Students will be rated based on the following;
-written outputs
- performance/tasks
- quarterly exam

 Students who are recipients of 4P’s must avoid absenteeism.

 The teacher presented the television as the proof of the HRPTA project. She added that the school fund
funded the lacking amount in purchasing the said television.

 Next, the teacher announces that out of 37 students, 6 students got a certificate as a recognition for
being a honor students.

 Then, distribution of the cards.

 Lastly, mam Acel the math teacher of 9-Agricrop talk about to the two parents about her concern in
cellular phones during her period.

PROCEEDINGS:

 The teacher re-echoes the information that was discussed by the principal regarding the incoming
activities as follows:

Earth Day Celebration- April 22, 2024

- The activity will start at 7:00 AM for a clean-up drive at the coastal area of Bagacay This
activity are joined by the staff and faculty of BNHS together with students and other stake
holders. Candidates for Eco-warriors will conduct the tree-planting activity after flag
ceremony.

Recognition- May 29,2024 7:30 AM

- Dress code: casual attire which it should be presentable
- All awardees for recognition as well as their parents will attend the deliberation on May
24,2024 at 1PM per class.

Completion/Graduation- May 29,2024 4:00 P.M.

Recollection will be on May 27,2024 at 8:00 AM and in the afternoon Thanksgiving mass will
be conducted at exactly 3:00 PM at Bagacay Chapel. The dress code for grade 12 will have to
wear their toga while the grade 10 will wear white polo shirt and pants for the boys and skirt for
girls.

 The teacher emphasizes the following;

 The teacher tackled about the overall performance of the students.

 She also discussed the National Learning Camp on July 1-19,2024. This NLC aims to improve the
quality education for Literacy and Numeracy especially in Math, English and Science.

 Enrollment starting July 01, 2024 which they will accomplish the Modified Enrollment form and the SF 9
of student.

 Brigada eskwela starting July 22, 2024 parents and other stakeholders are welcome to join and
participate in this event.
