national-level entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for
admission into undergraduate engineering programs (B.E./B.Tech) offered at various institutions
in India. It also serves as a qualifying examination for the JEE Advanced, which is a prerequisite
for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

Overview of JEE Main 2025

The Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main 2025 is a computer-based national-level test
conducted by the National Testing Agency, NTA for students aspiring to pursue undergraduate
programs in engineering, architecture, and planning. The exam enables admission to
institutions such as NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs, and serves as the eligibility test for JEE Advanced.
Examination Levels Paper 1: For B.E./B.Tech programs.
Paper 2A: For B.Arch programs.
Paper 2B: For B.Planning programs.

Exam Mode Paper 1, Paper 2A (Math & Aptitude), and Paper 2B are conducted
as Computer-Based Tests (CBT).
The Drawing section of Paper 2A is conducted in offline (pen and
paper) mode.

Exam Session Session 1 in January 2025.
