Greetings of Peace and Love!

I, Precious Mae G. Masiglat, Administrative Officer II and currently stationed at La Paz


Elementary School and Labit Elementary School would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude
for the opportunity that was given to me as an Administrative Officer of the school. I have
learned a lot of working discipline that I always bear in mind and put into practice.
However, I am expressing my intent to seek transfer from the present school, La Paz
Elementary School, Villasis, Pangasinan to a nearby school Lomboy Elementary School for the
following reasons to wit:
1. The distance between my residence and La Paz Elementary School has made my daily
commute challenging both physically and financially.
2. I understand that Lomboy Elementary School is currently in need of an Administrative
Officer following the resignation of the previous officer (Arrianne Joy M. Zamora)
3. As a parent of a 3-year-old child, A transfer to Lomboy Elementary School which is
closer to my home, would allow me to better manage my responsibility both at work
and at home.
I kindly request your approval of this transfer and am willing to comply with any necessary
processes or requirements to facilitate the transition.
