Square: It has four sides and four corners.

1. Bring a pencil and paper.


2. Start with a point using the pencil.
3. Draw a horizontal line to the right,
making the length you want for the
square.
4. Draw a vertical line of the same
length.
5. Draw another horizontal line of the
same length.
6. Close the square by drawing the final
line.
Your square should look like this. Practice
drawing squares.

Rectangle: It has four sides and


corners, and two opposite sides are equal.

1. Bring a pencil and paper.


2. Start with a point.
3. Draw a horizontal line for the length.
4. Draw a vertical line shorter than the
horizontal line.
5. Draw another horizontal line equal to
the first one.
6. Close the rectangle with the final
line.

Your rectangle should look like this. Practice

Triangle: A shape with 3 sides and 3
corners

1. Mark three dots on the paper.


2. Connect any two dots with a straight
line.
3. Connect the other two dots with
straight lines.
4. Close the triangle with the final line.
Your triangle should look like this. Practice
drawing.

Circle:
It is a round-shaped figure that has
no corners or edges.
1. Start with a dot as the center.
2. Mark four dots at equal distances
around the center (left, up, right, and
down).
3. Connect the up and left dots with
curved lines.
4. Connect the left and down dots with
curved lines.
5. Connect the down and right dots
with curved lines.
Your circle should look like this. Practice
drawing circles.
