Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the VP, Strategy & Transformation, to implement KEC International’s
strategic vision and achieve its business objectives.
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, accelerate
project execution, and achieve profitability targets across key SBUs
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support digital
transformation across business functions
• Program-manage the delivery of strategic organization-wide business transformation projects
by identifying and deploying initiatives that enhance long-term profitability and operational
efficiency
• Track and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution, reporting key progress
metrics to the VP and other stakeholders. Oversee project management for key initiatives,
including the completion and fast-tracking of critical infrastructure projects.
• Drive innovation initiatives by identifying new ideas, executing pilot projects, and scaling
successful initiatives across the organization
• Work closely with internal business leaders, fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive
strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
• Support in formulating the strategy for the organization and individual business segments, in
evaluation of M&A opportunities, diversification initiatives, business specific assessment as
required in collaboration with the VP - Strategy
• Collaborate with the ESG team to implement sustainability initiatives and integrate ESG
principles into business operations through digital tools and process improvements
• Develop talent by enhancing analytical and problem-solving skills, fostering effective
communication, and strengthening stakeholder engagement while driving employee
happiness, engagement, and DEI initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 business school or equivalent (IIM / ISB etc.)
• 12-15 years of total experience, with significant experience across business transformation /
performance improvement / corporate strategy and/or program management
• Some experience at a Top-Tier Consulting firm, and experience in the EPC or infrastructure
sectors is preferred
• Demonstrated success in driving large-scale strategic initiatives and managing complex
projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving actionable business
solutions
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to build relationships
with internal and external partners, and strong communication and negotiation capabilities
• Strong understanding of market trends, business development, and cost management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
