Dear Parent
Warm Greetings from St. Froebel School!

Hope you all are keeping healthy and safe.

We would like to apprise you that as per the guidelines issued by DDMA, schools are allowed to
reopen for Physical classes for Classes (I to V).To provide quality education and to minimize the
loss of studies, school is going to reopen (offline) from February 21, 2022 (Monday) and
simultaneously online classes will be conducted at usual time. Kindly adhere to the timings and
instructions given below:

ARRIVAL AND DISPERSAL


 Arrival Time: 08:30 a.m.
 Dispersal Time: 12:00 p.m.
 Arrival and Dispersal of students will be from School Main Gate.
 Parents to ensure pick and drop of their wards from/to School from the respective gate.
 The child must carry a temporary I-card mentioning:
 Name
 Class – Section
 Admission Number
 Father’s/Mother’s Name; and
 Contact Number, pinned on his shirt with the photograph and Name of the person picking
and dropping him/her at the gate.
 The consent is attached with the circular must be filled by the parent, which the child will submit
on the first day.
BAGS AND STATIONARY

 Students will carry properly labelled bag, snack box (with non-oily food) and water bottle with
their name and class.
 The bag must contain stationary, handkerchief and sanitizer with their names labelled on it.

COVID PROTOCOL

 Parents to follow the COVID Protocol strictly (CAB).


 The child must carry 1 extra mask in his/her bag.
 The parents should not send their ward, in case the child suffers from the slightest cold,
cough and cold.
We assure to keep our students under continuous and sincere monitoring and vigilance during the
school hours. All students must attend the classes with the consent of their parents/guardians in the
prescribed format mentioned below.

I solemnly agree my ward’s strict adherence to follow the guidelines regarding hygiene
and sanitation issued by the school.

I also declare that my ward is in good health. I also promise that in case my ward falls
ill or develops the symptoms of Covid-19, I will inform the school management
immediately and stop my ward from attending school w.e.f the same day.

I also assure that in case my ward gets any symptoms of Covid-19 or tested Covid-19
positive while attending the school physically, the school management will not be
responsible for it.
