The name of the proposed business is kukai electrical and electronics accessories and the

owner is mercy chepkatam.The business will commence in August 2022.The business will be

located at ortum in west pokot county will offer the community easy and affordable access to

the Internet. Kukai accessories to customers the following service bulbs switch cables site

cables and other services . Kukai accessories will also provide customers with a unique and

innovative environment.

MARKETING PLAN

The business will mainly increase sales advertisements and quality of products and services.

The business shall offer variety of services to its clients. It will also make use of adverts and

promotions as well as discounts to market its name so that it reaches threshold.

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN

This is the way the business will be managed to ensure maximum utilization of its resources

to achieve its goals and objectives. The standard of efficiency with which the organization

can operate will mostly depend on the manpower, which will be assigned to perform the work

in the form more economically and efficiently thus the owner of the business will employ

skilled, efficient manpower to run the business.
