1. Identify Our Niche and Target Audience
Determine the specific area within the education
field that we want to focus on. It could be study tips,
exam preparation, career guidance, or any other
topic of interest.
Define our target audience, such as high school
students, college students, or lifelong learners.
Understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations
to create content that resonates with them.
2. Choose the Right Social Media Platform
Select a social media platform that aligns with our
target audience and content format. YouTube and
TikTok are excellent choices for sharing educational
content in video format.
YouTube offers longer-form videos and is ideal for in-
depth tutorials, explanations, or discussions. TikTok,
on the other hand, focuses on short-form videos and
is great for quick tips, hacks, or engaging snippets.
3. Create Quality Content
Plan our content strategy based on the preferences
and needs of your target audience. Develop a
content calendar and brainstorm video ideas that
provide value and solve their problems.
Create high-quality videos with a clear and engaging
presentation style. Use visuals, graphics, or
animations to enhance the learning experience.
4. Optimize our Channel or Profile
Optimize our YouTube channel or TikTok profile to
attract and engage our audience. Use a clear and
appealing profile picture, write a compelling bio, and
include relevant keywords.
Create eye-catching thumbnails for your YouTube
videos or attention-grabbing cover photos for your
TikTok profile.
Use descriptive titles, tags, and keywords to
optimize your video content for searchability.
5. Consistency and Regular Posting
Establish a consistent posting schedule that aligns
with your audience's expectations. Whether it's
weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, stick to your schedule
to maintain engagement and build a loyal following.
Balance consistency with quality. It's better to
prioritize delivering valuable content rather than
rushing to meet a posting deadline with subpar
videos.
6. Engage with our Audience
Respond to comments, messages, and questions
from your audience promptly. Encourage discussions
and foster a sense of community by asking for
feedback or inviting them to share their thoughts.
Incorporate audience suggestions or address
common questions in your future video content. This
demonstrates that you value their input and helps
build a stronger connection.
2nd year:
Participate in a scientific research competition with a company of
friends and mentored by an experienced teacher. The topic will relate
to the E-commerce and E-marketing field.
Work as a Teaching Assistant in a Language Centre (VUS, YOLA,...),
continue to learn Chinese
Learn design courses (Photoshops, AI, Canva,...). We are considering
these courses: Alison, Adobe, and Tutus. All those courses are free
and compromise to provide certificates for learners.

Build a Youtube and Tiktok channel from knowledge that we learned
in 1st year
Learn a course about Digital Marketing to get a job-ready: Google
Analytics Certification. This course costs $22. Google Analytics is
one of the most common and critical tools for a digital marketing

WHAT - Introduction: The Apprentice Program is an internship
program specially designed for second and penultimate year students,
to hone their professional skills and develop them into young leaders.
Get ready to make a difference in the e-commerce and digital finance
industry, and dive head-first into participating in end-to-end processes
in large-scale projects, and launching integral initiatives.

The internship period and duration varies across our offices,
ranging from 8 to 12 weeks. We will need to be able to commit
full-time (5 days a week) for the whole duration.

Round 1 - Online Assessments
You will be invited to take an online assessment focusing

Round 2 - HR Interview
You will be invited to a 1:1 competency-based interview
with our recruiter, where we will assess your motivations
and culture fit.
Round 3 - Interview with Business
Manager
You will be invited to an interview with our business
manager, where we will assess your problem-solving skills
and business acumen.
Round 4 - Interview with Team Leader
In the final round, you will be invited to a 1:1 interview with
a team leader.
Finally, we will be notified of our results via email.

Mid-Level Positions:
After 3 years of working as Social Media Coordinators, we are going

As a specialist, we develop and implement comprehensive digital

Digital Marketing Specialists can be responsible for specializing in a

Senior-Level Positions:
After 10 years of working in Social Media, we will try our best to get
promoted to Social Media Management.
Social media managers develop and execute social media strategies,
manage social media teams, monitor engagement, and analyze
campaign performance.
Measurable: By the end of 10 years, we aim to have obtained a Social
Media Marketing Manager position with a recognized company and be
responsible for managing social media campaigns and a team of social
media specialists.
Achievable: To achieve this goal, we established a specific study plan for 4
years at the university. We will continuously update our skills and
knowledge through courses, certifications, and industry conferences. We
will seek opportunities to work on social media campaigns through
internship programs, part-time jobs, or freelance projects.
Relevant: Becoming a Social Media Marketing Manager aligns with our
passion for digital marketing and our long-term career aspirations. It allows
us to combine our creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive
business growth through social media platforms.
Time-bound: we will aim to achieve this goal within 10 years after graduating from
our undergraduate program. We will set milestone targets along the way, such as
