Dear Sir,

RE: NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SUE

The captioned matter refers.

We act for and on behalf of our client Mugisha Allan Wilson on whose
humble instructions we address you as follows;

That it is well within your knowledge that on May 5th 2023 before the
LC1 Chairperson of Kinawa Cell, you, in the presence of your wife a one
Margret Mubiru sold to Mr. Allan Mugisha your piece of land at UGX.
50,000,000 (Fifty Million Uganda shillings Only) which was paid in
cash.

That after the purchase, our client proceeded to take possession of the
land but unfortunately faced violent resistance from you, your wife and
children without any legally justifiable reason.

That till date, you have adamantly refused to grant our client vacant
possession which has result into emotional distress, financial loss and
great inconvenience.

The purpose of this letter therefore is to demand that you vacate the said
Land within 5 days to allow our client put the land to use in line with the
purpose for which he purchased it.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that failure to comply with this demand


notice will leave us with no available option other than instituting a suit
against you in the Courts of Law which shall be to your inconvenience
and financial loss.
