Objective:

By the end of this lesson, you will understand what self-discipline is, why it's important, and how to
cultivate it effectively to achieve your goals.

goals. It involves doing what needs to be done, even when you don't feel like it.

 Achieving Goals: Dreams and goals require consistent effort. Self-discipline helps you stay
focused.

 Building Good Habits: It creates positive routines that help you grow.

 Resilience: Teaches you how to overcome obstacles and bounce back from failures.

 Improved Focus & Productivity: Helps you avoid distractions and manage your time effectively.

3. Characteristics of Self-Discipline:

 Consistency: Showing up every day, even when it's hard.

 Self-Control: Resisting immediate temptations for long-term benefits.
