Ushers/Usherettes - Assist the guest to their respected seat and coordinate with the
emcee to assist the guest to the place where gifts are located

LETTER OF AGREEMENT
This Event Planning Agreement is entered into July 20 2023, by and between Mr. Rickson Dela
Cruz and Mrs. Janneth Dela Cruz with the address of Capas Tarlac and Jayvie Mañebog of EL EVENTS
with the address of 163 Talon Street Burgos, San Jose Tarlac, collectively

It is our agreement that EL EVENTS have given a consent to be your Professional Event Planner
for your daughter’s 18th birthday celebration scheduled on October 8, 2023. Both parties agree to abide
by the following conditions.

1. The event will be on October 8 2023 5pm to 10pm


2. The Client will pay the Event Organizer a 50% advance payment to be use in preparations of the
upcoming event.
3. If the Client cancels within 30 days before the event they will be refunded 75% of the client’s
advance payment.
4. If the Client cancels within 20 days before the event they will be refunded 50% of the client’s
advance payment.
5. If the Client cancels within 1 week before the event they will not receive any refund of the
client’s advance payment
6. The Clients agree that the remaining balance of the clients may increase depending on the price
of other services. (Travel cost, ingredients for the food etc.)
7. The Event Organizer shall inform the Client if there are changes in the cost of other services.
8. If the Event Organizer cancels, He either provide a substitute planner or refund the full fee of
the client’s.
