Assignment
Think of your favorite movie. Provide the plot and write your own reflection on that
certain movie. (This will be under your project for this module.)
Title: Raya and the Last Dragon
Plot:
Long ago, in the fantasy world of Kumandra, humans and dragons lived together in
harmony. However, when sinister monsters known as the Druun threatened the land,
the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, those same
monsters have returned, and it's up to a lone warrior to track down the last dragon and
stop the Druun for good.
Reflection:
Trust is something that is hard to gain but gets easily broken. And when its broken, it
takes so much time to fix it but it will never be the same again. After watching that
movie, I figured why people, a lot of people choose to keep everything by themselves
especially their secrets and problems even if they have friends and relatives to listen to
them because they can't afford to be betrayed by someone they have treasured.
Betrayal can really make a person troubled and have trust issues. In my life, betrayal
has never been an issue because I've never been betrayed but I've got trust issues. I
don't trust people easily even those whom I've known for many years. I mean they have
to prove themselves first and prove me wrong of my intuitions about them. If they prove
me wrong then so be it. We'd be friends and that's it. Trust will follow anyway.
Also, this movie teaches me that making the first move or taking a risk is better than not
doing anything, at all. And forgiving and moving forward will totally make us happy in the
end.
