CSVTU Bhilai successfully runs as a body supporting, affiliating & awarding Diploma to PhD

1. Forming a startup culture-like environment for the students thereby establishing

real-time well-crafted systems such as:

 Foundation for Rural Technology and Entrepreneurship CSVTU FORTE (An

Initiative to promote research and project-related activities).

 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) used for precision agriculture, inspection &
surveillance.

 Information Technology Business Incubator (ITBI)

 Centre of Entrepreneurship (CoE)

 National Council for Vocational Education & Training (NCVET), New Delhi has
recognized CSVTU as an Awarding Body for Skill Development Certifications.

 Centre for Skill Development and Informal Education (CSDIE) - The education
will be provided in the form of specific skill-based training/certificate
programs to all sections of society such as students, professionals,
consultants, workers, and women. The training programs will augment the
employability of the candidates.

2. The only University that provides Specialized B. Tech Honors Course in Chhattisgarh
implementing all the necessary norms & regulations.

3. In-campus & off-campus internship Opportunities for the students by collaborating

with various MNCs and startups.

4. A well-equipped E-library facility for everyone at the campus including a highlighting

one-of-a-kind feature of providing library facilities for up to 7 Years even after
Completion of the Courses.

5. CSVTU Bhilai also consists of a separate Skill Development Initiative of National

Importance named “Swami Vivekanand Yuva Kaushal Setu “for Skilled & Un- Skilled
people by acting according to the established norms under schemes NSQF (National
Skill Qualification Framework).

6. Our university has also adopted NEP 2020-approved MOE (Govt. Of India) schemes
such as NAD (National Academic Depository) & ABC (Academic Bank of Credits). Also,
we have catered for the process of implementing the ERP Samarth Platform.

7. We are also committed to CSR activities by adopting villages and making campaigning
schemes under NSS (National Service Scheme) to create awareness & provide impact
even in the rural & backward areas nearby. Everything from planning to execution
will be done by the University Students.
Internship & Industry Oriented Training at CSVTU, Bhilai

Internships and industry-oriented training are instrumental in bridging the gap between
academic knowledge and practical application, making students well-rounded and prepared
for successful campus placements and subsequent professional careers. We are also
committed to providing such an engaging environment for the students that can enhance
their acumen & adaptability to a new and challenging working environment in future. We
are providing real-time enhancement schemes such as:

Internship: Presently our students are doing 18 weeks of full-time internship in IIT, IIIT, NIT
and other software companies in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science related projects.

Industry-Oriented Training: In collaboration with industry experts, we have developed a

comprehensive 400-hour training program. This program, spanning from levels 1 to 3, is
precisely crafted to equip students with those skills that are trending according to the
current job market. Also, our program curriculum is designed to equip students with a solid
foundation in theoretical knowledge and practical skills relevant to the rapidly evolving fields
of AI and Data Science

Real-Time Projects: We believe in the concept of National Education Policy 2020 “Earn while
Learn”. Hence, our curriculum includes practical approaches that address tactical issues
faced by our university and the surroundings. These projects offer students a platform to
apply their theoretical incurred knowledge to solve real-world problems, thereby enhancing
their problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Student Counselling: Provide career counselling and guidance to students, helping them
understand their career goals and aligning them with available job opportunities. Conduct
workshops and seminars to enhance students' employability skills, including resume writing,
interview preparation, and soft skills development.
