Salam DO HEREBY swear and state as hereunder:-
That I own a house at Goba Ward Plot No. ……………. in Kinondoni
District within Kinondoni Municipality.
The above house is owned solely by myself and it is my solely
property no one can come and claim interest thereon.
That I am the Sole Owner of the said house and non of else I
share with.
That by this DEED I confirm and declare to be the sole owner of
the above described house and it is my solely property as I am
only the sole proprietor of the same.
That I make this declaration solemnly and conscientiously
believing the same to be true by virtue of Oaths and statutory
