8.00 Aluminum sliding windows will be in medium section with 1 mosquito net in window and will be
Powder Coated. Glass will be Bajri type.

Main door frame size will be 3'6" x 7' and in section of 3"x5" without carving and door will be of

All accessaries will be in medium type brass fittings
ii All Internal door frames will be 3' x 7' and in section of 21/2"x5" in Jungle wood (Dhaman,
Redwood)
And All Internal doors will be Regular Flush door (Basic Rate : 100-110 Rs / Sq.Ft.)
All accessaries will be in medium type S.S. fittings
iii All Bathroom doors frame PVC and doors will be of PVC panel type

iii Bathroom Flooring will be 16"x16" size anti-skid Premium quality at (Basic Rate : 30-40
Rs./Sq.Ft.)

14.00 Kitchen Platform will be in Granite on top & vertical Kadappa support at (Basic Rate : 100-120
Rs./Sq.Ft.)

15.00 Store room cupboard will be in Kadappa

16.00 Painting Works including wallcare and Electrical Works will be at Owner's Scope.

17.00 M.S. Railing will be providedto Staircase and Balcony.

NOTE:-
1 Above Mentioned rates are for Ground Floor only & valid for 12 Months.
2 All R.C.C. work will be as per Structure Design
3 Water & Electricity to be supplied by owner free of cost
4 Extra Items (other than mentioned in the BOQ)will be charged separately.
5 Actual Measurements might defer from Estimated measurements.
