Project 4 Assessment: individual presentation

This is the outline for your presentation. Reflection means that you do not just describe
what happened but that you are specific about what you experienced, felt and thought
during the project days, about your actions and what happened as a result of these actions.
Think about questions such as "What did I notice?", "How has this changed me?" or "What
might I have done differently?"

To be successful at this you need to use concrete examples. You kept a learning journal,
which will be of great use to prepare for your presentation. Wherever possible, use the
STAR method to give examples. (Situation, Task, Action, Result)

Reflection on project content

 How did you apply management, statistics and finance knowledge during the
project? Give concrete examples.
 Describe one specific business process you simulated or studied, the changes
you made to it and the effects of these changes. Relate this to KPIs.

Reflection on your role as a student?

 What was your contribution and your role in the different project teams? And
how did you feel about this? Discuss the effectiveness of your contribution.
 Write about a critical or unexpected moment during the project where you
did not know exactly what to do. How did this affect you? What did you do?

Reflection on collaboration in groups

 How did you collaborate with your team members?
 Pair up with a classmate you worked together with during this project and
give each other feedback. Ask for a TOP (something you did well) and a TIP (an
improvement point), for example on attitude, pro-activity, collaboration,
participation, etc. Include the feedback you received in your report AND write
about the TIP you received.

Form and time

 You can decide on the form of your presentation: a slide deck, a video, a
podcast or another creative and engaging form.
 Your presentation should be maximum 8 minutes. It will be followed by
questions from the examiner.
 In total 15 minutes will be scheduled for your presentation.
