EXT.

DIMLY LIT STREET - NIGHT

A long shot of a dark, empty street, lit by a single


streetlamp. A man, wearing a dark blue hoodie, loiters in the
area. No one's around.

ZAFAR (V.O)
(calm, chilling)
They took my eyes, but they didn't
take my vision. They think I don't
see... but I do. I see everything in
ways they didn't even imagine.

He sits down on the sidewalk, placing his cane beside him.


The camera rises to reveal his face as he pulls the hoodie
off, revealing a blind man with nothing to lose.

ZAFAR (V.O)
(muttering to himself)
I can do this... This is it. Nothing
to lose.

Camera pans up to his anxious face as he rubs his forehead,


stressed. His hands shake. CLOSE UPS of his hands and legs.

ZAFAR
(pauses, breathing heavy)
It has to be done.

INT. ALIYA'S HOUSE - KITCHEN - NIGHT

The kitchen is soft, pastel, and light-everything clean and


neat. Aliya trod in, listening to loud rock music on her
headphones, she seems unbothered. She opens the fridge, takes
out a loaf of bread and throws it on the counter. She turns
to grab the strawberry jam and places it beside the bread.

She removes the headphones, setting them aside on the kitchen


counter. There is no more music.

Aliya makes a strawberry jam sandwich. She seems calm, almost


detached. The Radio murmurs in the background, talking about
ex-gang members found dead. She seems unfazed by it.

NEWS ANCHOR (V.O.)


(reporting)
Authorities are investigating the
suspicious deaths of several ex-gang
members, believed to be targeted
because of their criminal pasts. No
suspects have been identified, and

investigators urge anyone with


information to come forward.

She spreads jam on the bread with a sharp knife. The camera
moves between MID SHOTS, CLOSE-UPS, and OBLIQUE ANGLES. Aliya
spreads the jam all over, messily, unbothered. A bit of jam
on the counter, crumbs scattered. She grabs the sandwich and
the jam-covered knife and leaves the kitchen.

EXT. DIMLY LIT STREET - NIGHT

Zafar sighs, as pulls out his phone and makes the call.

INT. ALLYA'S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Aliya's phone rings. She remains unbothered, in no rush.

Sandwich and knife still in hand as she enters the room, with
no plate, she sets it on the table infront of the laptop,
nonchalantly.

PHONE RING CONTINUES.

She sits and continues her show - a murder thriller, with


gruesome shots yet she seems to find it amusing, smirking.

PHONE RING CONTINUES.

Aliya finally picks up, sees "UNKNOWN NUMBER." She answers


without speaking. She leans back on the sofa, smirking.

EXT. DIMLY LIT STREET - NIGHT

CLOSE UP on the Zafar's mouth as he speaks, calm yet


threatening.

ZAFAR
(coldly)
I wonder how you sleep at night. I
wonder how you've hidden for so long.
I know you know me, and I know you -
pause - and I know what you've done.

INT. ALLYA'S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Unbothered yet again, Aliya smirks, licking the red jam off
her fingers.

EXT. DIMLY LIT STREET - NIGHT

As he speaks, he begins to grab his cane from beside him, as

he stands up.

ZAFAR
(calm but threatening)
And Aliya. You have made a mistake. A
terrible mistake.

INT. ALIYA'S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM- NIGHT

Aliya as she smirks, her face relaxed.

ALIYA
(casually, into the phone)
Oh I made no mistake. I have been
watching.

She places the phone back on the table as she gets the last
word. She leans forward and shuts down her laptop.

EXT. DIMLY LIT STREET - NIGHT

CLOSE UP on the Zafar's feet as they step forward. He pulls


up the hoodie, once more hiding behind the shadows.

He pulls out a knife from his coat pocket as the walking cane
taps the pavement. He then hides the knife behind his back as
he makes his way to his next victim.

He finds himself outside the gate of his victims house as he


reaches out for the bell and rings it.

INT. ALIYA'S HOUSE - NIGHT

Aliya hears the doorbell. She looks towards the door,


expecting the sound.

She takes the knife behind her back, calmly walks towards the
door.

EXT. ALIYA'S HOUSE - NIGHT

She walks towards the door slowly, with the knife still
behind her. She grips the handle tightly as she opens the
creaking door.

EXT. ALIYA'S HOUSE - NIGHT

A CLOSE UP on the PIZZA GUY, smiling, holding a pizza box.

EXT. ALIYA'S HOUSE - NIGHT

Aliya confused and bewildered, blankly stares at the


unexpected man.

The camera cuts to black, revealing the title of the film.

A persons hand, still holding the knife, falls to the floor,


blood splattering around it.
