About

Mintree is a brand with Body and Skin Care Products like shampoos, moisturizers, face masks
etc. Mintree has been operating primarily B2B, partnering with salons. Having recently started
D2C operations, help is required in improving sales via its own website. This is a Shark Tank
Funded Start Up.

Scope of Work

1. WEBSITE UI/UX
● Analyze website navigation, information architecture, and user flow.
● Evaluate visual design elements (typography, color schemes, imagery).
● Assess website performance, including loading speed and responsiveness.
● Analyze the UI/UX of competitor websites within the same industry.
● Benchmark website performance against competitors.
● Create detailed reports summarizing findings for usability issues and
recommendations for improvement.
● Follow up and Execution with the UI/UX team.

2. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
● 30 Scripts ideas to be given after proper research and identification of the language of
competitors ads that are winning ads in the market under the following 3 categories
(UGC Videos, Founder Videos, and Educational Videos) #Products to be defined by
Mintree
● 30 Static ADS analysis of the competitors to be studied and presented that are winning
and working well for them and the consumers. #Products to be defined by Mintree
● Research the winning audience on the meta platform of ours and niche brands that’ll
Include demographics, psychographics, interests, behaviors, and online habits. So that
the creatives can be made for the following recommendations and Meta ADS can be run
on those audiences for better conversions.

3. WEBSITE CONTENT (The content includes Basic A+, PDP Images, Product Description and
Details.)
● Content for the website to be written as per the brief provided.
● Content on the website should be properly proofread and a proper report to be
submitted with shortfalls and errors.
● The report to be corrected and executed with all the changes after the approval of the
team.
● Content on the website should be aligned with the brand language, guideline and in
sync with the niche market.

4. CONTENT ON MARKETPLACES
(So the platforms include Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, Flipkart, Myntra etc)
(The content includes Basic A+, Premium A+, Brand Story, PDP Images, Product
Description and Details.)
● Content on all marketplaces should be properly proofread and a proper report to be
submitted with shortfalls and errors.
● The report to be corrected and; executed with all the changes after the approval of the
team.
● Ensure that the content on marketplaces resonates with the competitors and is
well-aligned.
● Content on all the marketplaces should be aligned with the brand language, guideline
and in sync with the niche market.

5. SAVINGS and OPTIMIZATIONS ON SHOPIFY


● Evaluate all the plug-ins and the applications used on Shopify to evaluate cost.
● Present a proper report after evaluation of all the costs and applications used in order
to further help in savings and optimizations.

6. PAYMENT GATEWAY SWITCH


● Integration of Banks such as Kotak/PNB into the website system gateway by following
up with them and negotiating the rates.
● Present a proper report by comparing all the banks i.e. their pros and cons and then
suggest what is the best option for the brand and what they should go for.

7. INSTAGRAM FOR BUSINESS


● Set up an Instagram business page for both the brands that’ll directly take them to the
product landing page or instagram catalog page however it works to generate fast and easy
business.
● Execute Instagram audit for Shoppable pages and all the latest trends that can be
used as a proper tool for creating Business on Instagram.
● Explore different ad formats (e.g., photo ads, video ads, Stories ads, Carousel ads.)
● Track and analyze ad performance of the competitors on Instagram (e.g., reach, clicks,
conversions, cost per acquisition.)
● Identify what’s working and what’s not by researching to make data-driven decisions to
optimize the strategy.
● Execute the changes after evaluation for performance improvements and enhanced
results.
