Non-FAFSA Need Based Worksheet

For those not eligible to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form, this worksheet may be
used instead in order to determine financial need for need based scholarships at UWM.

Section A – Student Information (Please print clearly)

Section B – Family Information (Please read instructions before completing)


Please list the people in your parent(s)’ household, including:
• yourself, even if you do not live with your parents,
• your parent(s), this includes stepparent if your biological parents are separated or divorced. Include only
the parent/stepparent whose information you were required to provide on the FAFSA.
• your parent(s)’ other children if:
your parent(s) will provide more than half of their support during the same academic year the scholarship is
offered in.
• other people if: they now live with your parent(s), your parent(s) provide more than half of their support,
and will continue to provide more than half of their support during the same academic year the scholarship is
offered in.

Write the names of all household members in the spaces below. If you need more space, attach a separate
sheet.
