INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Travel and staying arrangements will be done by the candidates for the necessary duration. No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate.
2.Candidates are advised to locate allocated test centre at least a day in advance.
3.Candidates should report at the venue of Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) at least one hour before the scheduled
time.
4.Only the candidates will be allowed to enter the PST/PET venue.
5.Candidates should bring following documents (in original) at the time of PST& PET.
a. 2 copies of printed admit card & 02 recent passport size photo (signed on the back side)
b. Bonafide Himachali Certificate.
c. Matriculation certificate-For D.O.B./ age verification.
d. Caste certificate for availing the benefits of reservation, if any.
e. Adhar Card/ Voter ID Card or any other photo printed ID as proof of identify in original alongwith photocopy.
6. An authorized person will verify your admit card at the time of PST & PET.
7. Candidates are advised to ensure the safety of their personal belongings. Police Department will not be responsible for any kind of loss of
belongings.
8. Candidates shall not carry mobile after their registration at PST & PET venue.
9. Candidates are advised not carry any jewellery or other valuable items with them.
10. Candidates will receive a final SMS on their registered mobile number informing whether they have qualified or have been disqualified in
the PST & PET.
11. Candidates will participate in recruitment process at their own risk. H.P. Police will not be responsible for any kind of injury sustained by
candidate during PST & PET.
12. Improper conduct at the time of PST & PET will entail expulsion.
13. Candidate bringing any undue influence on the board will be disqualified. Further, if at any stage of the recruitment process a candidate is
found to have deliberately furnished wrong information or suppressed any material fact, their candidature will be summarily rejected and
he/she may be prosecuted.
14. If required, the Dope test may be conducted by the District Recruitment Committee (DRC) concerned.
