1.INTRODUCTION
Making a PSDP is a purposeful move towards both personal and professional
improvement. It is not only a course requirement. The choice to take on this task
was motivated by the realization that personal growth is a continuous process
and an essential tool for navigating life's complexity. I will describe my
motivations for creating my PSDP in this introduction, highlighting the enormous
relevance it holds for my life and career.

First I will start with the self-discovery where it helps me to have a deep
reflection on myself which leads to a deep self-discovery as I want to improve
myself as a person by knowing my self-much more. This self-awareness is a
milestone in my personal development as it give me the chance to make take
decisions in the right time.

Second PSDP will help me to set a specific goal in a world full of distractions, as
am taking this assignment as a chance to know what it is that I want to
accomplish in mean time and in the long term this will help me in my actions and
decisions. PSDP will also extend to my professional development as it will help
me to have an organized framework for finding and taking advantages for these
development opportunities in the framework which will help me to succeed in
my chosen major as an ambitious engineer. PSDP is profound commitment to my
self-awareness, personal growth and a better future. It’s a tool that guide me to
be the best version of myself in personal and professional life

1.1. STUDENT BACKGROUND


I am a highly motivated and accomplished professional in the field of
civil engineering and project management. With a solid educational
foundation, extensive work experience, and a passion for community service,
I have a commitment to both personal and societal growth. I hold a Bachelor
of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The British University in Egypt and
another BSc in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University in the UK.
With a strong academic background,

In addition to their academic achievements, I am currently pursuing an MBA


in Global Management at ESLSCA University in Egypt. This pursuit reflects my
ambition to not only excel in the technical aspects of their field but also to
develop advanced leadership and management skills to drive meaningful
change in the industry.

My career has been marked by a diverse range of experiences. I have worked


with renowned organizations such as Living In Interiors, Engineer Square
Engineering Firm, Ahmadiah Contracting &Tr. Co., Certified IT Consultants
(C.I.C), Orascom Construction (OC), and have contributed to remarkable

projects, including the Shaikh Jaber Al Abdullah Al Jaber Al Sabah


International Tennis Complex and The Grand Egyptian Museum. Beyond their
professional endeavors, I have a deep commitment to community service and
social impact. I had the chance held some leadership positions in Enactus
BUE, a non-profit organization focused on community development, serving
as Vice President, Vice Head of Projects, and Project Manager, showcasing a
dedication to making a positive difference in society and I had the chance to
win the national competition of Egypt and qualify to Enactus world cup in
Mexico to represent Egypt and The British University.

4.STRATEGY EVALUATION PHASE


It’s very important to evaluate my personal and professional development
plan because an ongoing process and adaptation are the key of success this
evaluation will be done by setting a timeframe for the evaluation, evaluating my
short and long term goals, select the source of the data that I will collect either
by self-evaluation or by getting a feedback from my mentors and colleagues,
tracking my regular progress towards my milestone and record, visiting and
update my SWOT analysis every now and then, asses my actions and
achievements with my core values and vision and based on the evaluation I
should be flexible enough to adapt and adjust my strategies, plans and timeline
to achieve my goals faster.

Evaluation strategy will help me to have a structured approach to asses my


progress on a regularly basis which will help me take decisions that will help me
to achieve my personal and professional goals as the main key of success is
adaption, ongoing reflection and commitment growth
