C. DISCUSSION
Definition of Volume
Volume measures the amount of space
inside a three-dimensional object. It’s
expressed in cubic units, indicating how
many unit cubes can fit within the object.
Rectangular Prism
A rectangular prism is a solid figure with six
faces, all of which are rectangles. It has three
dimensions: length (l), width (w), and
height (h).
Example:
V=lxwxh
E: ASSSIGNMENT
Instructions: Look for a rectangular object
in your house (e.g., a box, a book, a
cabinet, or a refrigerator). Use a tape
measure or ruler to measure its length,
width, and height. Then, compute its (If yes, then I’ll make clarifications, if
volume using the formula: V = l x w x h. none then I’ll dismiss the class.
Write it in your Mathematics notebook.
Any qestions clarification class? Good bye Ma’am and classmates!
