TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As a Reseller of RedDoorz’ Accommodation, Partner Outlet is required to sell the rooms of

Accommodations at a price predetermined by RedDoorz. Once you have successfully sold a
room of Accommodations and received confirmation from your customer, you can make a
booking for Accommodations via RedDoorz Site.

1. Account Registration and Information

a. Before Partner Outlet can start to sell RedDoorz Accommodations, they will be
first required to register an account with RedDoorz via a link that will be displayed
on their site. Partner Outlet shall accept such a link and insert the required
information such as their name, contact number, tax registration number, and
other information.
b. Following completion of filling out the required information, Partner Outlet shall
submit such information into the RedDoorz system.
c. RedDoorz will perform a review of the information that the Partner Outlet
provides and after verification of their information, RedDoorz will approve their
submission. RedDoorz will set up the Partner Outlet’s commission once they
have approved the Partner Outlet’s submission.
d. In using the RedDoorz system, Partner Outlet agrees that they are responsible
for safeguarding the password, changing it within 24 hours, will not disclose their
password to any third party, and that they will take sole responsibility for any
activities and/or actions under their RedDoorz Account. They acknowledge that
they will immediately notify RedDoorz of any unauthorized use of their RedDoorz
Account.

2. Commission Rates and Terms

a. Rates are commissionable by 10% of the room rate. 10% Rates are inclusive of
applicable government taxes.
b. Partner Outlet 10% commission will be paid every 5th and 20th of the month and
will be credited directly to their bank account.
c. All commission payments must be net of applicable taxes and bank
charges.
Room Term and Conditions
a. Rates are single or double occupancy.
b. Maximum of 2 adults + 1 child per room. Children, 6 years of age and
below, are free of charge.
c. The reseller portal can accept group bookings but will be limited to the
 showing in the system.

Milestone Incentives
Reddoorz will be providing certain milestone incentives for Outlet Partners per
month. Details will be provided during the training.

Reservations Terms and Conditions

a. Room reservations can be done in the reseller portal with instant availability
and instant confirmation.
b. Upon booking, you will be provided with a confirmation number (booking ID)
with an option to pay via Pay at Hotel, Pay Now, and via a payment link.
c. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM on the day of the arrival.
d. Standard check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of the departure.
e. Early check-in, late check-out request extension of stays will be based on
availability and subject to applicable charges. The arrangement should
be
requested prior to arrival and or departure. Rates for extensions will be subject
to availability.
f. RedDoorz guests are prohibited to conduct or participate in any criminal
offense within the property.
g. An incidental deposit, to cover miscellaneous charges, is required. The
unconsumed incidental deposit is refundable upon check-out.
h. All room incidentals (e.g. minibar telephone, laundry, etc.) must be settled
upon check-out.

Payment
Strategic Partners and their sub-agents have three options to pay in the reseller
portal. Below are the options:
a. Pay at Hotel
b. Pay Now: Gcash, Debit Card, Credit Card
c. Payment Link: Gcash, Debit Card, Credit Card

3. Representation and Warranties

By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that:
a. You have the legal capacity to enter into the Agreement and you are at
At least 18 years old.
b. You shall only access our Site for the intended purpose and lawful use.
c. You shall not, without our permission, copy, scrape, exploit and/or
distribute any of the content of the Site or part thereof. This would include
using modified devices and/or applications with the intent of evading
detection or facilitating any activities intended to defraud RedDoorz and/or
 to disrupt the normal operation and/or function of the Site. You also will
not try to interrupt or harm the Site in any way without written permission
from RedDoorz’s Chief Technology Officer.
d. You shall, without hesitation, provide us with whatever accurate, not
misleading, current, complete, compliance with laws and regulations, proof
of identity, and/or any other documents, approvals, permits, and/or
licenses that we may reasonably request or require. You will also provide
accurately, not misleading, current, and complete information as
reasonably requested for the Service, and should you fail to provide such
information, and/or provide inaccurate, misleading, missing, or incomplete
information, RedDoorz shall have the right to terminate this Agreement
and your Service at any time with ours without further notice to you.
e. You agree that the Service is provided on a reasonable effort basis and
that the use of the Service will be subject to the RedDoorz Policies as may
be amended from time to time.
f. You agree to assist RedDoorz with any internal and/or external
investigation that may be required by RedDoorz in complying with any
prevailing laws and/or regulations in place.
g. You agree not to systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site
in order to create, compile, or collect, directly or indirectly, any database or
directories in the Site without prior written permission from RedDoorz.
h. You agree not to upload any content that infringes RedDoorz’ or any other
third party’s intellectual property rights on the Site.
i. You agree not to download any data, information, or any form of content
from RedDoorz’ Site without written approval from our Chief of Technology
Officer.
j. You agree not to upload any file(s) into the Site that contains viruses,
trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs, or other
computer programming routines or executable files that can damage,
disrupt, secretly intercept or take over systems, data, or anyone's personal
information in the Site.
k. You agree not to use RedDoorz’ Site for any illegal activities including but
not limited to (i) collecting names, personal information, data from the Site
without written approval from RedDoorz, or (ii) inactivate, disturb, any
feature related to security of the Site, or (iii) involved in unauthorized
framing or linking to the Site, or (iv) provide misleading information to the
Site with intention to commit fraud by observing sensitive information such
as passwords, or (v) use our support services inappropriately or
submitting false reports of abuse or bad behavior, (vi) or engage in any
automated use of the system, such as using scripts to post comments or
messages, or using data mining, robots, or similar data collection and
 extraction tools, or (vii) interfere with, or create an undue burden on the
Site, or (viii) make an attempt to impersonate another user or person or
use another user's username, or (ix) sell or transfer your profile, or (x) use
the Site as part of an effort to compete with RedDoorz, or (xi) describe,
decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software that comprises
or is in any way part of the Site, or (xii) attempt to bypass any action of the
Site designed to prevent or limit access to the Sitee, or any part of the
Site, or (xii) upload to the Site any information or images that may offend
certain people (especially those from a particular racial group), include
pornographic elements and / or immoral content.
