The PCEE cum EIG ECR will be inspecting the permanent diversion line for introduction of
Commercial Service at 25 KV Single phase 50Hz cycles AC system in between Khurhagoda &
Katkamsandi stations in connection with electrification of Koderma-Arigada section under
Dhanbad division of ECR on 24.03.2025.

CPTM/ECR : One Tower Wagon and one SPIC of Dhanbad Division to be
kept ready at Koderma for OHE measurement & inspection of
the section before 08:00 hrs.
DRM/DHN : For kind information, necessary arrangement & needful action
please. He is also requested to issue prior notification to all
concerned staff for conducting inspection of section
Khurhagoda & Katkamsandi stations in DHN Division of East
Central Railway and introduction of public carriage of
passengers at 25 KV AC, single phase, 50 Hz on 24.03.2025.

CEDE/ECR, ADRM/DHN He is requested to accompany the inspection.

CGM/IRCON/PATNA : To co-ordinate and accompany for inspection of section


Khurhagoda & Katkamsandi stations dt.24.03.2025.
Sr. DEN/C/ DHN : He will ensure that the sectional Sr. DEN/DEN will accompany
the inspection.
Sr. DEE/TRD/ DHN : He should ensure all necessary arrangements for
inspection, measurements and accompany the inspection with
his team.
Sr.DEE/OP/ DHN To accompany the inspection.
& Sr.DEE/G/ DHN
Sr. DSTE/ DHN : For information & deputation of suitable officials for
accompany the PCEE inspection.
Sr. DOM/ DHN : To arrange required movement as per above programme. Also
depute DOM/AOM and sectional TI.
Sr. DSC/RPF/ DHN : To provide sufficient escort during inspection. He is also
requested to maintain liaison with State Govt. for adequate
security at different locations.
PS-I to PCEE : For kind information of PCEE.
Central Control/HJP : For information and necessary action.
