MATATAG CURRICULUM FOR KINDER 1, 4, AND 7
(Accomplishment Report)

To accentuate the essence of education of the Department of Education Lanao del Norte
Division conducted a 5-Day District–Based Training of Kinder, Grade 1, 4 and 7 teachers on
the MATATAG Curriculum dated July 9-13, 2024. The program aimed to equip the teachers
with the various teaching strategies and pedagogies that is align to the new instructional
design framework of the MATATAG Curriculum.

Each day is commendable speakers bombarded us with engaging topics and activities
providing the teachers the chance to share, to learn and discover more of themselves and
grow professionally. It was indeed a fun-filled learning experience for all the teachers who
attended the training. It is geared not just with the knowledge and skills about the curriculum
but a heart that is full of gratitude having the ready-made lesson exemplar and activity sheets
for the entire quarter of the upcoming opening of the school year 2024. It is therefore we can
say that we are MATATAG ready.
