In the field of medical science, some significant work has

been done using IoT to monitor patient health. Examples of
works related to this field are explained below.
In an IoT network, Tamilselvi et al., 2020 [12] built a
health monitoring system that can track a patient's
fundamental symptoms such as heart rate, oxygen saturation
percentage, body temperature, and eye movement. Heartbeat,
SpO2, Temperature, and Eye Blink sensors were employed as
capturing elements, while an Arduino-UNO was used as a
processing device. Although the developed system was
deployed, there are yet defined performance measures for any
of the patients.
In the IoT setting, Acharya et al. 2020 [13] presented a
healthcare monitoring kit. Heartbeat, ECG, body temperature,
and respiration were among the basic health metrics tracked
by the designed system. Pulse sensor, temperature sensor,
blood pressure sensor, ECG sensor, and Raspberry Pi are the
main hardware components employed here. Sensor data was
captured and forwarded to a Raspberry Pi for processing
before being sent back to the IoT network. The system's
biggest flaw is that no data visualisation interfaces have been
created.
Most of the suggested health monitoring systems operate
offlin[14]. The online system is preferred to boost system
efficiency. Some suggested online systems use radio
frequency (RF) [15] to monitor a patient’s condition at a
remote node, although this does not cover a large region.
The data from the sensors can be collected using a variety
of methods. The raw data from the sensors usually require an
interface to make it readable. The detection of all four sensors Fig. 2. A flow chart of the proposed system
has been interfaced with Arduino in various works [16], [17].

temperature. The data collected will be displayed in android
apps for patients or health experts.
Based on Fig. 1, the health monitoring system would
consist of two inputs which are a PPG and an IR temperature
sensor. The PPG is used for heart rate and blood oxygen
saturation. Meanwhile, the second input is used to obtain the
subject's body temperature. The power supply for this project
will be from a LIPO rechargeable battery (1100mAH).
After these data have been collected, the sensor input is in
raw signal data. Then, specific coding would be used in ESP32
using tensilica xtensa lx6 microprocessor with low noise
receive amplifier, power amplifier, filters, and power-
management modules to translate these signals into numerical
numbers. Then send those data outputs which show reading of
