INSTRUCTIONS

1. At remote out-station, alternatively, when only one person is available to carry out these same tasks,
the job card/work card should be signed by the same person after completion of the entire same task
and after re-inspection of the work performed.
2. Licenced / Authorised persons carrying out this inspection should ensure that all values /
parameters are duly recorded where applicable.
3. The term “satisfactory condition” used in this schedule means that the items have been checked for
security, cleanliness, corrosion, deterioration, wear, cracks, dents, scores, cuts, distortion, visual
evidence of bowing, overheating freedom from obstruction, leaks and any other damage.
4. A signature against “satisfactory condition” means that all defects have been taken into
consideration except those, which obviously do not apply, before deciding that the item is airworthy.
5. A signature in the Licenced / Authorised person´s column in this schedule would mean that the item
has been inspected as per the AMM or any other relevant document and meets the serviceability
requirements, as specified in the said document.
6. Whenever any panels / compartment is accessed for inspection, the certifying personnel must also
inspect for foreign objects such as tools, equipments, spares, hardware materials including cleaning
material prior to closing.
7. Inspection must also be utilized to carry out “opportunity inspection” in the surrounding area of the
inspection item for any abnormalities even though there is no specific requirement for such
inspection.
8. The Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) for this check schedule is issued through Tech Log.
