Job Details
Job Role Data Analyst Grade Minimum 4
Department IT – Data Analytics Location Mumbai
To hire analysts having experience in business operations and process
improvement, strategic projects, MIS reporting, and data analysis. Candidate must
be very good at drawing insights from data analysis and data visualization.

Preferred to have experience in FMCG / CPG sector and of critical business


Job Objective functions such as Sales and Marketing, Finance, SCM, Logistics and Manufacturing.

The candidate is required to work closely with IT head, Track lead to bring out the
meaningful insights from the data and help to add value and improve overall user
experience.
Organizational Relationships
Position reporting to Data Analytics Lead – Chetan Taware

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement understanding and gathering of the information.
2. Acquiring knowledge of the critical Business processes.
3. Deriving data driven insights and KPIs.
4. Enabler for decision making.
5. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency
6. Data Cleansing, data processing and perform data validation.
7. Perform data exploration and creating reports and dashboards using data
visualization tools
8. Analyzing and interpreting large amount of data
9. Identifying trends, making recommendations based on findings
10. Interpreting data to identify patterns and relationships between different
variables
Key Focus Areas of Work

11. Developing models those can be used to predict future outcomes based on
current trends

Technical Skills:

1. Expertise on MSSQL
2. Hands on experience on Python / R
3. Expertise on visualization tools such as Power BI / Qlik Sense
4. Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
