Write a letter to the company that sold you the item. In your letter:

Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with an online product I
purchased in your company. I have been a loyal customer for many years and
until this incident never had any complaints.
I placed the order of a laptop HP from your website on 15 January 2022 and
the order number is 25H-2207. I was excited about receiving it but I must
inform you how shocked I was when I unwrapped the package. It was
unfortunate that the laptop screen had some scratches which made it look
terrible. The most serious problem is that the laptop is running too slowly, which
affects my work badly. All of these things make me feel extremely unpleasant
and frustrated.
I think the best way to solve this problem is to replace it with a new one.

2. There have been some problems with the public transport you use
to commute every day.
Write a letter to the manager of the public transport company. In your
letter, you should:
- Describe the problems
- Explain how these problems are affecting you and others
- Suggest some changes which could be done
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to draw your attention to some critical issues of your transportation service
that commuters use on a daily basis.
I take your buses to commute to and from my workplace every day. Last week, your buses
made some delays which led to my late arrival in my office. To make matters worse, the
buses were so overcrowded that I could not seek a seat. As a result, some passengers and I
had to stand in the central aisle of the buses during the whole journey. We placed a
complaint against these problems to your staff members. However, they could not give any
reasonable explanation. These troublesome issues really made commuters feel disappointed
and frustrated because they impacted our work and mood negatively. Also, this partly
decreased our trust in your transport service.
I would much appreciate it if you provide more transport to accommodate commuters
during rush hours. Moreover, I recommend that you manage bus timetables more efficiently
to limit unexpected delays.
