Dear Parents of the College Undergraduate Students
The Office of the Religious Affairs & Chaplaincy have been sponsporing a Spiritual Recollection for eighteen(18) years now. This
academic year, we are again inspired to hold this activity because of the students' favorable responses, as reflected in their evaluation and the
far-reaching effects of the retreats on their lives. We strongly believe that this spiritual journey will be most meaningful to our students as this will
certainly give them the opportunities for spiritual growth in facing new life and career challenges after graduation and enhance their faith-life
experience with God. The approach and methodology that will be used will be both experiential and relational and not doctrinal so it will neither
influence nor affect any religious affiliation. Since we believe that this retreat will have far-reaching effects on the lives of our young minds, we
decided to make it a requirement for all Undergraduate students. The students will be chaperoned by their College instructor. The Schedule of
Recollection will be held from Feb. 3 to April 9, 2025. This spiritual activity of the undergraduating students will be held at the Sol Y Viento
Mountain Hot Springs Resort, Pansol, Laguna. The fee of Three Thousand Seven Hundred pesos (Php3,700.00) for every student-participant covers
the expenses for honorarium for the venue and meals, transportation (aircon tourist bus), recollection materials, contingency and stipends for the
recollection masters/facilitators and Confessors. The payment has to be made directly to the University Cashier and the Official Receipt must be
submitted to their College Dean thru their Faculty Chaperon for recording purposes. Deadline of payment is on or before A WEEK BEFORE THEIR
RECOLLECTION
We would appreciate it very much if you could accomplish the reply slip below and return to the Faculty Chaperon through
your daughter/son not later than A WEEK BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED RECOLLECTION
Thank you very much.
