a statement that suggests a specific
action or change should happen to
solve a problem. It argues for what
should or ought to be done. For
example,” The government should
reduce plastic use to protect the
environment.” This claim focus on
proposing solutions or new rules to
improve something.

wrong, or more or less valuable. It
reflects an opinion or belief about the
worth or quality of something. For
example, Honesty is the most
important quality in a friend.
