These are all important for us to have
harmonious relationship, and we called

We only have four rules. First is the


letter S, which means speak with
respect not only to the teacher but also
to your classmates.

Second is the letter T, take your time to


listen to the discussion.

Third is the letter A, which means be


attentive. You must pay attention to the
teacher who’s discussing.

And lastly is the letter R, raise your


hand if you wish to answer or if you

But before we go in there let us first
know our learning objectives.

These are the needs we must achieve at


the end of the lesson. For us to meet
these needs all we must do is to listen
to the discussion and behave.

Cause and Effect.

Cause - is the reason why something


happens. It is the event or action that
brings about a particular result.

Examples of Cause:
1. Cause: She studied hard for the
exam.
 Effect: She got a good grade.
2. Cause: The car ran out of gas.
 Effect: The car stopped moving.
3. Cause: The chef added extra spice to
the dish.
 Effect: The dish became very spicy.

Effect - is the result or outcome of a


cause. It’s what happens after the cause
takes place.
Examples of Effect:
1. Effect: The ground is wet.
o Cause: It rained
earlier.
2. Effect: The plant grew taller.
o Cause: It was placed
in the sunlight for
several hours.
3. Effect: She felt tired.
o Cause: She ran a
marathon .

picture showing the cause you need to
list down the possible effect of it, in vice
versa if your group receives a picture
showing an effect you need to list down
all the possible causes.
