📌 Cost of HR per Employee = Total HR cost ÷ Total employees

📌 HR Software Participation Rate = (Active users ÷ Total employees) × 100

📌 HR-to-Employee Ratio = Total employees ÷ HR professionals

📌 ROI of HR Software = (Savings/Revenue from software – Cost of software)

Recruitment Metrics
📌 Acceptance Rate = Offers accepted ÷ Offers extended

📌 Cost per Hire = (Internal + External hiring costs) ÷ New hires

📌 Demographics = Workforce breakdown (age, gender, education, tenure)

📌 Headcount = Total employees in org/department

📌 New-Hire Turnover = New hires who leave within X period

📌 Time to Hire = Days from job posting to offer acceptance

📌 Time to Productivity = Time for new hires to reach full productivity

Engagement & Retention Metrics


📌 Employee Satisfaction = Measured via surveys (e.g., eNPS)
