 Ensure that all invoices are checked for accuracy regularly.


 In order to appropriately show client balances, monies received from the factoring agency (LSQ)
should be applied.
 Customers' payments should be sent to their accounts and applied to the corresponding jobs in
their accounts.
 Find out what customers want and how they want to pay. Carry out personnel checks.
 Help with year-end operations and serve as a fallback for weekly payroll processing.
 Project management and payroll management tasks are delegated to you.
 I started off as an Administrative Assistant, but after a month, I was promoted to an Accounting
Assistant.
