Organizational Analysis Reflection

At the start of this course, I interpreted organizational analysis as a standard review of

organizational capabilities alongside their weaknesses together with their total operational

effectiveness. Operation efficiency with employee performance metrics formed the core of my

understanding of organizations although I paid little attention to strategic growth or development

aspects of organizations. Exploring Anderson’s (2020) Organization Development: The Process

of Leading Organizational Change through course materials allowed me to realize that

organizational analysis includes sophisticated and continuous processes. This method combines

indefinite strategic processes of identifying problems and executing modifications and result

assessment for achieving lasting accomplishment. Applications of this fresh viewpoint have

changed my understanding of how organizational structure affects business expansion.

I gain experience of organizational processes while working at AccentCare Hospice as a

hospice coordinator. The course content enables me to recognize specific workplace applications

that will matter in my future business management role. The imperative nature of adaptive

changes as described by Anderson (2020) makes me now solve workplace challenges through

strategic thinking approaches. The course teaches me to examine workflow operations and

leadership qualities along with team interactions although I wasn't doing this before. I am more

capable now to back up my team colleagues while making valuable contributions that enhance

services in hospice care.

My skills in writing discipline concerning APA formatting and scholarly writing

techniques have immensely strengthened during this program. The course has reaffirmed vital

skills for argument support using credible sources while organizing text logically and following

academic integrity standards. Such skills will undoubtedly assist me both in my professional

advancement and future roles as a business manager. The learning from this course will guide

my professional development path in the upcoming years.
