NOTIFICATION
(3rd Convocation)

The third convocation of Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University is proposed to be held on


21st September 2024 (Saturday) for conferring the Degrees/Diplomas to the eligible students. All
Diploma, UG, PG and Ph.D. candidates who have qualified for the award of degrees / diplomas
during the academic session 2023-24 are eligible for admission to the convocation.

Eligible students of Diploma, UG, PG and Ph.D are required to register themselves on
website: www.sruraipur.ac.in before 15th September 2024 for obtaining the Degree/Diploma/
Certificate and pay the requisite fee through online mode only as per the details below:

Programmes Fees
Rs 3800/- (in-person)
Diploma, UG and PG
Rs 3000/- (in-absentia)
Rs 5800/- (in-person)
Ph.D.
Rs 5000/- (in-absentia)

Note: The students are advised to have a continuous look at university website for the updates on the
annual convocation. No candidate will be admitted to the convocation without prescribed dress code
and valid admit card. They are advised to take seat one hour before the commencement of the
convocation.
