CIRCULAR FOR SCHOOL UNIFORM FOR CLASSES VI

The following is the school uniform for Middle School students :


● Shirt: Light blue half sleeve shirt with pocket for summers and full sleeve for
winters. School emblems are to be embroidered on the pockets of the school shirt,
pullovers and tie.
● Pant: Long navy blue pants.
● Physical Education Uniform : Black track pants with the house colour cord and
the house coloured T-Shirt. The Games T Shirt will not have any pocket and
the school emblem will be stitched directly on the T Shirt. Old school
emblems with the white background should not be used. The Track Suit is to
be worn on the days scheduled for Physical Education classes.
● Belt: A dark blue belt with light blue stripe running around the centre of the belt
with the school emblem on the buckle. The school belt is to be worn with navy
blue trousers.
● Socks: Ankle length navy blue socks with a light blue band around the ankle. No
show socks are not permitted at all.
● Tie : Single striped tie with school emblem embroidered on the tie. The school
tie is to be worn throughout the year. Tie will be available only from the school.
● Shoes: BATA SuperStride Formal (Black) with laces – for formal occasions.
PUMA KENT IDP Black for regular wear and for Physical Education classes.
PUMA Kent IDP Black Shoes. Discount offered : 40% on MRP. ID Card to be
carried by the student. Available at PUMA stores in South City Mall, Quest
Mall, Acropolis Mall, Mani Square Mall, City Centre I (Salt Lake).
Bata SuperStride Formal Shoes (Black) with laces : Discount offered : 16%
on MRP(only till September). ID Card to be carried by the student. Available at
Bata Stores - Lindsay Street, Camac Street, Avani Mall, Mani Square Mall,
City Centre II, Bata Shoe Store-Kohli Mansion at 54 Syed Amir Ali Avenue.
● Pullover : Grey full/sleeveless sweater ’V’ neck with Light Blue dora, to be worn
in the winter season.
● Students must wear a dark blue or black mask to school, whenever the need arises.
● For the Sikh students, the colour of the Patka should be either white or light blue.
● Students are to wear white canvas shoes on days when they have skating, as it is
not possible to wear skates over the black school shoes. Students who do not
enroll for Roller Skating are to wear the regular Puma Kent IDP Shoes.
We seek your cooperation in ensuring that your ward wears the correct uniform,
has a proper haircut and comes neatly dressed to school every day. He must also
carry a clean handkerchief every day. White vests are to be worn on a daily basis. In
order to ensure that the students are acquiring the correct uniform, please buy from the
authorized tailors only. Any student found wearing the wrong uniform will be sent back
home.
