Reeardine Academic & Hostel Fee for Even Semester Januarv - June, 2023

Attention: All students

1. This is for the information that all students (Batch 2OL7 to Batch 20211 as per

Fees Notification vide Ref.No.:CUPB/REG/2022/1928 dated 14th November,


2022 (already been uploaded on chalkpad) must deposit their even semester

Academic, Hostel Fee on Chalkpad for the session January - June 2023 by 31st

December,2022.

2. Fine of Rs 100/- per day will be charged from the students after above due date.

3. ln case of NEFT/RTGS, students or parents must generate Challan through

student or parents' login using Chalkpad under Dues module and submit the
same to any Bank on the same day of generating NEFT/RTGS Challan. lt is

mandatory to notify the payment receipt with student details to your

respective Department and Accounts Department after payment of fees.

4. The students who fail to submit the fee as per mentioned date are not eligible

for all academic activities of the semester including ST and End Term
Examinations.

5. Further, University deals only in online fee payment through student or parent

login using Chalkpad under following fees payment modes:


. Net Banking

. Debit card/Credit card

o RTGS/NEFT

o UPI

Fee receipt will be generated instantly for online payment.

6. Students/ Parents are informed that University does not accept the following fee

payment modes:

o Cash,

o Cheque, and

r Direct NEFT/RTGS to University UCO Bank Account.

The pending dues and fee details are available on ERP Login. For any assistance about

fee payment please contact at 0L762-507084, 01762-507085 and 9501105655. You
