By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
 Recognize and use key vocabulary related to celebrations.
 Use verbs and adjectives to describe celebrations.
 Engage in a communicative task to plan and present a celebration.

Stage / Time Activity Procedure


Warm-up greeting -T greets Ss:” Good morning”
5 min -T. asks: “How are you doing?”
presentation Ask students: “What do you think a celebration is?”
15 min - Elicit responses and write key words on the board.

Mind map Mind Map Activity:


Draw a mind map with “Celebrations” in the center. Ask students to suggest
different types of celebrations (religious, national, international, personal) and
write them in branches.

- Vocabulary Introduction:
- Verbs: celebrate, decorate, dance, sing, gather, eat, give presents, organize.
- Adjectives: exciting, joyful, relaxing, traditional, lively, fun, meaningful.
