I further affirm that I will make every effort to do my NEBOSH study and exam strictly
following the processes outlined. In addition, Bilal Consultancy has provided me with all the pertinent
information in every respect, and I have no doubt that I will have to complete the IG1 Mock
Examination and Closing interview. I understand that upon signing up by 6th day maximum, I will
complete the IG1 training section and will appear for mock exam and interview. Furthermore If am
found guilty of doing the plagiarism that Learning Partner reserves the right to cancel my admission
or refer me to next month by giving warning as per their internal decision.

I acknowledge that for depositing the fee into Bilal Consultancy Limited's bank account, it is
required to provide a scanned copy of your ID card. In case someone else deposits the fee on your
behalf, both front and back pictures of their ID card are necessary. Your cooperation in this matter is
highly appreciated.

I further pledge that no 3rd party/associate/agent is involved in my overall onboarding process

and am dealing with Learning Partner directly as I explained in my interviews. Also, I pledge to
finish all learning exercises created to promote my learning and commit to spending required hours
outside of the classroom on my studies. I also promise to finish the homework my trainer assigns by
the due date. In exchange, Bilal Consultancy Ltd will offer training materials, textbooks, and
continuing support up until the exam date. Additionally, Bilal Consultancy Ltd will make sure that
delegates have the chance to finish practice exams and go to designated review sessions before exams.

If fee is not submitted after 2 days of signing the agreement, then

we reserve the right to cancel the participant onboarding

The NEBOSH IGC E-Learning is a self-paced training accredited by NEBOSH IGC

UK. I will get portal access for 3 months, and master trainer support will be available only in
the month in which I am signing up.

I will receive complete course access on the LMS and will be able to start the
training. I will be added to the WhatsApp group, where I can ask any questions anytime. I
can also join the online community or email in case of any query.

Any payment submission will be considered as my consent for all the integrated
learner agreements and invoice acceptance.
