Introduction:
In this assignment, you will be tasked with designing quotation screens for a
business-to-business (B2B) flow on a web application. Your design will play a crucial role in
facilitating seamless communication and transaction between businesses. We are looking for
candidates who can demonstrate creativity, user empathy, and a strong understanding of UX
principles.

Objective:
Your task is to design a series of screens that allow businesses to generate and manage
quotations within a B2B web application. Your design should prioritize usability, efficiency, and
clarity, ensuring that users can easily navigate through the quotation process and effectively
communicate their needs.

Requirements:
1. Design a user-friendly interface for creating new quotations:
- Include fields for entering quotation details such as product/service name, quantity, price,
and any additional notes.
- Consider incorporating features for adding/removing items dynamically to the quotation.
- Ensure clear labeling and intuitive layout to guide users through the quotation creation
process.

2. Develop a screen for reviewing and editing quotations:


- Provide a comprehensive overview of each quotation, including itemized details and total
pricing.
- Allow users to edit or delete individual items within the quotation.
- Include options for saving drafts and revising quotations before finalization.

3. Design a screen for sending and receiving quotations:


- Enable users to send quotations to specific business contacts via email or within the web
application.
- Incorporate features for tracking the status of sent quotations (e.g., pending, accepted,
rejected).
- Ensure seamless communication between businesses throughout the quotation exchange
process.

4. Create a dashboard for managing quotations:


- Provide a centralized hub where users can view all active, pending, and archived quotations.
- Include filters and search functionality to easily locate specific quotations based on criteria
such as date, status, or client name.
- Implement features for exporting quotations and generating reports for analysis.
5. Focus on responsive design:
- Ensure that your design is responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and devices.
- Pay attention to usability on both desktop and mobile platforms, optimizing the experience
for all users.

Submission Guidelines:
