I Weng Xinyi, currently residing at Princeview Parksuites 434 Quintin Paredes Street
Binondo, Manila, Chinese citizen, Permanent Visa holder under 9G Working Visa issued by
Bureau of Immigration, Republic of the Philippines. I would hereby to submit the name of my family
to visit the Philippines which is listed below for which I undertake to be responsible:

The purpose of the travel of my mother and son, is to visit me and engage in tourism in
Philippines. We have wanted to use the visit to reconnect and share memories since I was not able to
see them for long time since I go back to Philippines.
July 17, 2024, will be their expected visiting date. In addition, they will be staying at my address
provided above.
All the expenses including international air tickets, local transportation, accommodation, medical
insurances and all other related expenses during his stay will be paid by myself.
I sincerely request that you consider the invitation for the visa application of my family.
